     How and Why did I start Strategic Profits? After more than 20 years in the entrepreneurial world owning my own business I experienced a huge Gap in service for the independent and regional multi-unit business owner. The professional knowledge of a consult who is successful in business hem or her self. The knowledge which can spring board your business from bad or O.K. to the money machine it should be. I had come into contact with consultants in the past. At individual establishments I managed or where I was the area/regional director and even one of the places I owned myself. Most of consultants were always painting the picture of doom and gloom. You know better than I you can hang own to your business you've been doing it for years. We don't need some outsider telling us our family will be repulsed by us because our business will close next month if we don't use their services right now!  Many of the consultants sold a great sale but when it came time for results they left us with a stack of reports and no help in implementing. They are quick to say what was wrong with your business. Quick to leave a recommendation to solve the problem. Quick to collect their entire fee, which is normally unbelievable for the suggestions left behind. And quick to not answer the phone when their recommendations didn't work. Don’t get me wrong there are consultants out there that are virtual gold mines because of the knowledge they possess. They know how to implement, make it work for their client because that is where the secret lies. So with all this in mind I started Strategic Profits. For lack of a better title a business growth consultancy. A company which focuses on the solution-the Result-  not the problem. The business owner gets a result or the Strategic Profits consultant doesn’t get paid. More about this later. 

   How it Works! Let’s start from the last sentence of the above paragraph. The business owner gets a result or the Strategic Profits consultant doesn’t get paid. Don’t take this the wrong way I’m not crazy. You have to have some skin in the game for this to work. So there are some upfront investments but the lion share of commission comes over time as is derived from a % of new profit and/or revenue created. You’ll find out more about this if you schedule an exploratory meeting. This initial meeting usually takes p-lace over the phone, it takes about 7-10 minutes. Here we determine whether we have the potential to be a good match. Can I be of value to you and do you have what it takes to work with me. You see if I can’t be of value to you there is no reason for my services. On the flip side of that coin, I don’t work with just anyone. If you don’t have what it takes at this time to work with me I just can’t comprise my principles. I only work with a few business a year because we are focused on implementation of strategies and systems to deliver results. This is also the other reason I can’t work with just anyone.
